Healthy Hamburger
The
classic burger, tasty and healthy!
Sounds
a bit too good to be true?
The
secret is by using healthy bread, lean meat and frying without oil.
Easy
to prepare at home, and simply delicious.
Ingredients:
Patty
1
pounds ground beef (low fat)
1
clove garlic, crushed
1
teaspoon sweet paprika
Half
a teaspoon of cumin
1
Cup chopped fresh parsley
1
Large onion, finely chopped
A
little baking soda (For tender meat)
3
tablespoons barbecue sauce
1
egg
Sandwich:
Couple
wheat hamburger buns
Tehina
Ketchup
Lettuce
Pickle
Tomato
Preparation:
Mix
all of the ingredients for the patty together until you have a
uniform texture.
Create
equal sized patties and place in a grill pan, or grill for about 4
minutes on each side.
Place
the patty on whole wheat round roll. Add tahini, ketchup, pickles,
sliced tomato and lettuce as desired.
Serve
with a rich green salad
