Cinnamon Bread
A
sweet yeast dough cut into small balls, mixed with melted butter and
cinnamon sugar.
Rum-soaked
raisins, extra cheese or herbs can take this recipe to a whole new
level.
Ingredient:
Dough:
2
1/4 cups flour
1/2
teaspoon salt
1
1/2 teaspoons dry yeast
2
teaspoons of sugar
1
cup lukewarm water
1/2
cup milk
1
egg
1/4
cup olive oil
100
g melted butter.
Preparation:
Mix
all of the dry ingredients of the dough in a mixer.
Add
the egg, water and oil in the milk and knead until the dough is
smooth.
Let
the dough sit for half an hour until it doubles in size.
Knead
the dough again and make balls, 4-5 centimeters. Cover each ball in
butter melted butter
Lay
the balls in a round baking pan, leaving space between the balls for
when the dough rises.
Scatter
the remaining butter over the dough balls.
Set
aside half an hour to rise. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees
C for 30 minutes.
