Granola
and Fruit Salad
A
refreshing dish that will put a smile on your face all day.
Ingredients:
6
strawberries, cut into quarters
2
kiwis, cut into slices
2
tablespoons raisins
4
tablespoons granola
1
tablespoon brown sugar
25
oz butter
2
apples, coarsely chopped
Cup
of yogurt (optional)
Preparation:
Melt
the butter and brown sugar in a medium pan.
Add
the apple and raisins and stir for about 5 minutes.
In
a deep bowl, place 2 tablespoons of granola and add the mixture from
the pan.
Add
the rest of the fruit and mix well.
Yogurt
is a great option to wonderfully upgrade this dish.
