Pears
in Wine, Honey and Cinnamon
Ingredients:

pears
1
glass of red wine
1
cup water
4
tablespoons honey
Cinnamon
stick
4
tablespoons sugar
1/2
orange sliced thin
Anise
Flower (Optional)
Preparation:
Boil
the wine, water, sugar and honey. Add the cinnamon and anise.
Slice
half of the orange into slices and add to the pot.
Peel
the pears carefully. Remove the core, leaving the tip of the pear.
Added the pears to the pot and cover.
Cook
for 20-30 minutes or until a low flame until the sauce thickens.
Occasionally Turn the pears over.
Can
be served whole, and can be opened carefully
