Sweet
Potato Soup.
The
perfect soup for a cold winter.
With
a bowl of soup in hand, cover yourself with a blanket along with your
son, partner or even alone. This dish warms the belly, and most
especially the heart.

Ingredients
1
large onion, finely chopped
3-4
sweet potatoes, peeled and coarsely sliced
2
potatoes, peeled and coarsely chopped
2
cloves garlic, minced
2
tablespoons chicken bouillon powder
Pinch
of nutmeg
2
tablespoons white wine
Teaspoon
sweet paprika
Salt
Black
pepper to taste
Preparation
Fry
the onion until translucent in color, and add the sweet potatoes and
potatoes
Add
water to cover the vegetables by about 5 cm and bring to a boil, add
all the spices and cover.
Cook
over medium heat about 45 minutes.
Remove
the lid and cook for another half an hour.
Blend
the soup in a food processor.
Cook
for another half hour over low heat.
You
can add a little cream.
The
secret is that while the long cooking tedious but certainly worth the
wonderful taste
