Indian-style fish

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon sweet paprika
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Pinch of salt
1/2 lemon, squeezed
Pinch of black pepper
1 cup water
1/2 kg carp
A little cooking oil
2 onions
3 tomatoes
1 tablespoon tomato paste


Preparation:
Marinate the fish in salt and lemon juice for an hour. Cut the onions into rings and fry in oil until the have a golden color.
Cut the tomatoes into slices and place on the onions. Lay the fish on top.
To make the sauce - Mix the tomato paste with paprika, sugar, salt, black pepper and a cup of water/

Pour the sauce over the fish and cook for 40 minutes over a low heat, or bake in the oven
