wonderful dish whose complementary flavors were made to be combined.
The
aroma will draw everyone in from every corner of the house and will
please with every bite.

Ingredients:
Gnocchi:
1
kg potatoes cooked with peel
1
cup sifted flour
1
egg
1
egg yolk
Salt
Sauce:
1/4
cup olive oil
1/4
cup water
10
mushrooms cut into quarters
6
Portobello mushrooms cut into strips
Chopped
chives
Preparation
Preparation
of gnocchi:
Cook
for potatoes for 25 minutes.
Peel
the potatoes and mash in a food processor for a smooth and uniform
texture.
Cover
with absorbent paper and cool. After cooling and add a cup of flour,
egg and egg yolk and salt. With the mixture, make small ovals about 2
cm in size.
To
prepare the sauce: Boil the gnocchi for 4 minutes.
In
a separate pan, heat olive oil and a teaspoon of dry mushroom soup,
chicken soup spoon and a quarter cup of water. Stir-fry.
Add
the gnocchi and season with salt and pepper. Stir-fry everything
together for about 2 minutes, and then add the chopped chives.
