Entrecote Steak in a Garlic Confiture

Ingredients::
2
cuts of fresh entrecote steak
6
cloves garlic, minced
2
tablespoons olive oil
Coarse
salt
Pepper
Garlic
confiture:
1
head of garlic, peeled and broken apart
1/2
cup olive oil
Preparation:
Preparing
the confiture:
In
a saucepan, place the garlic cloves and cover them with oil.
Cook
the garlic in oil for about 30 minutes over alow heat and stir every
few minutes.
When
browned, the garlic is sweet and ready.
Preparing
the steak:
In
a medium bowl place the steak cuts.
Pepper
and place on them the garlic cloves with olive oil and rub well
Cover
with plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour.
Remove
the steak from the refrigerator and clean it off from pieces of
garlic.
Salt
well and roast the steaks in a grill pan, about 6 minutes on each
side.
Remove
to a serving dish sprinkle on a little of the garlic confiture. Serve
with sliced vegetables.
