Entrecote Steak
A
great and simple entrecote dish, which has no equal
Seared
in a pan and then baked in the oven, you'll wish this unique dish was
more common!
Ingredients:
4-6
pieces of phyllo dough shaped squares, 20 x 20 cm
500
grams of beef entrecote
4
cloves of garlic, chopped
½
teaspoon ground red Shatta pepper
A
bunch of coriander, chopped
2
tablespoons soy
1/2
teaspoon salt
Olive
oil
Preparation:
In
a large saucepan, heat up the olive oil and fry the garlic cloves for
about 1 minute. Add the meat, soy, coriander, salt and pepper.
Completely
cover the pan, and let it cool for about 30 minutes.
On
a clean surface, flatten the phyllo dough, and on each square place a
generous amount of the meat.
Close
the dough over the meat filling, leaving it in the shape of a large
ball.
Cut
a few slit in the dough for steam to escape while in the oven.
Cook
in an oven preheated to 180 C (356 F) for 45 minutes.
