A
wonderful brownie cake with lots of melted chocolate that will make
your mouth and heart happy.
A
wonderful way to start the day!
Ingredients:
500
grams of fine dark chocolate
350
g grams of butter
Cup
and a half of flour
1
cup cocoa
3
fresh eggs
1
cup sugar
50
grams of nuts coarsely broken
A
little salt
Preparation:
Melt
the butter and chocolate in a bowl placed over a pot of boiling
water.
When
the chocolate melts let it sit and cool for 10 minutes.
Beat
the eggs one by one, using a whisk continuously.
Add
cocoa, flour, sugar, nuts and a little salt into the bowl.
Before
pouring the mixture in, you have to grease the pan with butter and
flour so that the cake won’t stick.
Pour
all of the mixture into a 26 cm baking pan.
In
an oven preheated to 175 degrees C, bake the cake for about 45
minutes.
When
the cake is quite brown, poke it with a knife. If the knife comes out
clean, the cake is ready.
